I’m so excited that I have a guest post featured on the amazing Donna Druchunas’ Sheep to Shawl blog.

Donna is a legit-as-hell knitter, designer, and teacher! (That’s obviously a technical knitting term.) She has eleven knitting books published, including a sock book I really need to pick up. (I need all the sock knitting help I can get.) She even has a section of her blog devoted to Subversive Knitting. How cool is that?

My post is about how I became a “real knitter,” and what that means in a sometimes very white knitting community. I hope you check it out! I even created a welcome page for all her readers, in case they’re new to Knit’s All Folks and want a little tour of the website, which can be found here.
