I got more new toys from @furlscrochet so it’s only right that I start yet another project, right😋? I mean, I gotta test them out. These rose gold hooks are amazing! It’s like they reached into my mind and made them just for me!!! Plus I have all this chunky Thick & Quick yarn and it’s just begging to be a big squishy blanket. It won’t take too long to finish. I’m already a quarter of the way done! I know it’s getting warm outside right now but it’ll get cold again eventually. I played around with some stitches and came up with this yummy texture for the blanket! I even swatched! What’s Trending in Pop Culture for Me:

Sneaky Pete –
This is such a fun con-man thriller. I’m scared for all the characters all the time. I’m currently on episode four of season two. In season one, episode six, Margo Martindale’s character even conned a woman with a little knitting talk! And not just any talk of knitting, specifically, brioche.

Superstore – You know I love me some America Ferrera so of course I’m watching the heck out of this show. The will they/won’t they sitcom story has been done many times before, but I can’t help but love it.

Jessica Jones – c’mon you knew I was watching the heck out of the latest season. Krysten Ritter is the perfect storm of my favorite things: pop culture and knitting.
