The Ribbed Collar Pattern!

Switch to a smaller needle to pickup stitches.

Pick up 118 stitches. FYI: the measurement of the 2 front panels plus the back collar section was about 26″.

Switch back to #3 needles.

P2, K2. Repeat for 30 rows. Cast off. I used the Simple Stretchy Bind Off.
